I got a lot done today studying at Starbucks… but this afternoon/night has been tough. I’m thinking about him more than I have in a few days.

This is more than just a weight loss blog. I blog about my entire life; it just so happens that a lot of what I post is health and fitness related. I'm in no way new to living a healthy lifestyle, I just tend to fall out of it when I get really stressed. Here's to changing that!
