+ Sat down and made up a (tentative) workout/training schedule for the month of february.
I say tentative because I may add workouts on tuesday and thursday nights, or I may sub certain workouts for other ones.  (Beach-body class, power yoga, spinning, etc).
This schedule also does not have any rock climbing on it.  That’ll be more of a spontaneous workout I guess.
