I played co-ed intramural flag football tonight. It was the only exercise I managed to get in. My energy levels just aren’t there. I had to take a 2 hour nap after my exam just to make it through the day. We lost our game tonight, but the score was pretty close. I had a ton of fun! I definitely made some key blocks; I have the turf burn to show for it.
My chest is definitely congested though; I had a hard time catching my breath after the game. It almost feels like I have asthma again. (I used to have sports induced asthma but I haven’t needed my inhaler in a long long time)
I NEED TO GET BETTER NOW. I’ve been getting appropriate amounts of sleep, taking a multivitamin, taking vitamin c pills, and eating tons of fruit. (grapefruit every morning like usual)
What else can I do to get better? I know i should hydrate better … anything else?
