I think I figured out why I keep going over in calories.. My breakfast is (almost always) way way too big.

Today it clocked in at around 600 calories. How? Two eggs over-hard, one slice of American, two slices of multigrain toast, smart balance spread, half a grapefruit … And with my midday snack of a coffee and orange… I’m only left with 600 calories for lunch and dinner combined. Oooops. :/

  1. strengthblr said: You only eat 1200 calories a day? You should eat around 1650 calories at the very least for weightloss and muscle gain. ;)
