You only eat 1200 calories a day? You should eat around 1650 calories at the very least for weightloss and muscle gain. ;)

no no no … I guess my last post wasn’t completely clear.  I follow myfitness pals recommendations which sets my daily goal at 1600 calories. I ate too much at breakfast, a little over 600 calories …  then I had a 180 calorie skim iced latte and an orange which put me at over 800 calories before lunch.   I guess my math off, I had around 800 calories left for lunch and dinner and not 600.

What else did I do wrong today besides eat too big of a breakfast?  I drank my calories.  I got an iced chai in the afternoon …. an easy 200 right there.

bah.

I did a lot of lifting of boxes and pushing around of a dolly today though.  I was sweating up a storm!
