2 weeks until my miniature triathlon … YIKES

Here’s what needs to go down: This coming week will be the most productive of my life. 

The goal is to work out everyday this week, because the following week, the week of my triathlon, i have 3 exams and training won’t be my first priority.  Tomorrow I’m going to power yoga and then perhaps a swim afterward.

So this week is going to be full of studying and sweat.

As for eating … the crap needs to stop.  NO REALLY i’m serious this time.  Also, the coffee needs to stop.  It’s reeking havoc on my digestive system.
