Workout 8 and 9 of 20
There are only 9 days left in the month of february … it’s not looking like i’m going to reach my goal of 20 workouts.
Exercise: Today I went to the gym and biked 5.5 miles in around 22 minutes, 5 minutes on the skate machine, and a nice good stretch. Then I played flag football with my team. The game ended up being tied with no score … but i think we still made it to intramural playoffs!
