Weight-less Goals

Because the scale sometimes usually isn’t a good indicator of how much progress you’ve made.
1. Run a 5k! Beat my first 5k PR. Run a sub 30 minute 5k.
2. Run a half marathon before the end of 2012.
3. Crow Pose. Master it. Take Pictures.
4. Climb Mt. Washington (in the winter)
5. Rock Climbing. Continue rock climbing to increase my upper body strength and be able to complete some of the upper level routes at the climbing gym.
6. Do a pull-up
7. Try Cross-fit
8. Warrior Dash. signed up for 9-22-12 race!
9. Tough Mudder.
10. Try Roller Derby
